HELP needed with this blogspot!!!!!!!!!

Help somebody. I thought I was setting up a blogspot account like viv and tattyhead have, where I could share my most intimate thoughts and pictures about my favorite pastime. But When I sign in I do not get a page like viv has, nor does it resemble in any way the one that tattyhead has. AND I CAN'T SEND ANYTHING TO IT FROM MY PHONE!!!!! I set that up too , and finally sent a picture to somewhere. My phone said it was sent, but where did it go? I can't see it on my page here, which says eblogger at the top, but in the search engine thing it says blogger.com. HHHEEELLLPPP!!!!I am not very computer savy and I know next to nothing about blogging, but I want to do it with my crafts.I wanted to decorate my page pretty like viv has but I didn't find anything anywhere that was remotely pretty. So I did the best I could with what I had to work with. So what exactly did I do? ANY and ALL helpful hints will be greatly appreciated. My InTatters homepage only does so much. Thanks to all.
